Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO of Digital Green Trust (DGT).

The EA will play a key role in managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and supporting the preparation of presentations.

This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing the CEO’s priorities.

Key Responsibilities

– Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize meetings and events.

– Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

– Meeting and Event Coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place, including invitations, agendas, and follow-ups.

– Document Preparation: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other necessary documents for meetings and events.

– Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.

– Other Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support as needed, including managing correspondence, filing, and assisting with special projects

Qualifications and Experience

1. Minimum 8+ years of experience in an executive assistant role, supporting senior leadership (CEO, MD, Directors)

2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

4. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and good knowledge of Excel.

6. Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, etc.

7. Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

8. Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in a non-profit or social impact organization would be a plus
– Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
