Job Summary
As Senior/Manager – Program Strategy, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is a high-impact, high-trust role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. You will work directly with the Director Programs to drive strategic priorities, support high-leverage projects, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
This is a builder’s role — you will bring structure to ambiguity, unlock velocity, and act as a force multiplier for the programs team.

Key Responsibilities
– Strategic Partner: Support strategic planning, business reviews, and high-stakes decisions with structured thinking and insight-driven analysis.
– Support Cross-functional Projects or Initiatives at design stage: Own and execute critical, cross-team initiatives that move the business forward.
– Drive High-Impact Communication: Prepare board updates, investor decks, leadership briefs, and internal/external communications.
– Streamline the Operations: Manage agendas, and follow-ups to ensure time is spent on the highest priorities.
– Bridge Teams and Functions: Facilitate alignment across departments and ensure seamless coordination on organization-wide priorities.
– Synthesize Research & Insights: Conduct deep dives and distil information into actionable, concise recommendations.
– Maintain Discretion & Integrity: Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and trust.
– Support Cross-functional Projects or Initiatives at design stage: Own and execute critical, cross-team initiatives that move the business forward.

– 5-8 years of experience in a high-intensity environment — consulting, strategy, VC, or experience in fast moving decision making environment.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distil complexity into clarity.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in high-stakes, executive contexts.
– Operational mindset with extreme attention to detail and prioritization.
– Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and initiative.
– Comfort with ambiguity and working in an unstructured, fast-evolving setup.
– Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distil complexity into clarity.
